What We Offer
At Youth Horizons Learning (YHL), the Horizon Scholars Program provides a clear, three-stage pathway that develops students from foundational learners into confident future leaders.
Stage 1: Foundation builds core knowledge and communication skills through introductory speech and debate.
Stage 2: Pre-professional Exploration deepens critical thinking and real-world application through intermediate courses and issue-based debate.
Stage 3: Research & Internship offers advanced training, mentorship, and research opportunities, helping students speak with impact and engage at a higher academic level.
Students who complete the pathway may continue into our College Mentorship track for individualized guidance and university preparation.
The Leading Public Speaking Curriculum for Youth
At Youth Horizons Learning, our comprehensive public speaking curriculum is designed to guide students from Grade 3 all the way through university graduation.
Our program encompasses a diverse range of courses, including Acting Speech, Critical Thinking in Speech, and Business Presentation & Professional Communication.
